            Another man in Ropar falls prey to bus owned:

Another person on Thursday fell prey to a bus owned by Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal's transport company, after it hit the scooter in which the victim was travelling.
According to sources, bus number PB-03V-1900 hit the two-wheeler at Solkhia Toll Plaza, on the Chandigarh-Ropar Highway, and dragged him upto 50 metres. The deceased who was identified as Swarn Singh died on the spot. The driver fled the scene soon after the incident. 
The family members along with locals blocked the highway and demanded that an FIR be lodged against the errant bus driver and the transport company.
